Building Care & Reporting
Included as part of our regular cleaning service, we take a collaborative approach by providing general observations of common property areas during service visits and communicating any items that may require attention to the strata committee, building manager or strata manager.

Additional services available where required including pressure washing, deep cleaning of common areas and specialised building cleaning projects.

Communication & Reporting
Clear communication is central to our approach. Where required, we can meet with the building manager and strata committee on a quarterly basis to review building presentation, discuss any observations from service visits and ensure expectations remain aligned.
